Which bank to select as the payment option for merchant payments (like IRCTC Ticket Booking) in case of in case of erstwhile State Bank of Travancore (SBT), erstwhile State Bank of Mysore (SBM), erstwhile State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ), erstwhile State Bank of Patiala (SBP) & erstwhile State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) customer ?
erstwhile State Bank of Travancore (SBT), erstwhile State Bank of Mysore (SBM), erstwhile State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (SBBJ), erstwhile State Bank of Patiala (SBP) and erstwhile State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) customers are advised to select State Bank of India for merchant payments.
2. Which bank to select, as the payment option, for merchant payments (like IRCTC Ticket Booking) in case of erstwhile Associate Bank customer?
All customers of erstwhile Associate Banks are advised to select SBI for making payments at merchant sites.
3. In case of erstwhile SBT, SBM, SBBJ, SBP & SBH customers, which option to select for Merchant Payment where SBMOPS (State Bank Multiple Option Payment System) has been enabled?
Erstwhile SBT (State Bank of Travancore), SBM (State Bank of Mysore), SBBJ (State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur), SBP (State Bank of Patiala) & SBH (State Bank of Hyderabad) customers are advised to select SBI on landing at the MOPS page for making payment.
4. What if the customer of erstwhile SBT, SBM, SBBJ, SBP & SBH customers selects ‘Other Banks Internet Banking’ in the SBMOPS page and proceeds further.
This will result in failure of selected merchant transaction and customer will have to reinitiate the transaction as system will not allow the customer to proceed further. Hence customers of erstwhile SBT, SBM, SBBJ, SBP & SBH are requested to select State Bank of India on SBMOPS.
5. What are the charges to be levied in case of merchant transactions for customers of erstwhile State Bank of Travancore, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Hyderabad?
For users of erstwhile State Bank of Travancore, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, State Bank of Patiala & State Bank of Hyderabad INB Merchant transaction charges applicable in State Bank of India will apply. These charges are subject to change and bank may change it without prior notice.
6. To whom to contact in case of any disputes in case of merchant transactions?
In case of any dispute, users of erstwhile SBT, SBM, SBBJ, SBP & SBH customers are requested to raise the concern with SBI.
